This policy describes how Next Level English in Almaty handles information relating to this website and enquiries you share with the school. It covers course consultations, contact requests and discussions about studying abroad or corporate training.

Information you provide
The information involved depends on the service you use and what you choose to include in your message. Enquiry forms may ask for:
- Your name, email address, phone number, country and city.
- Your question, learning interests and any additional details you include.
- For appointments: the consultation type, preferred date and time, meeting format, and selected program or institution where relevant.
- When discussing team training: company and contact details, team size, language levels, objectives and scheduling preferences.
- For an event enquiry: the event you selected.
- For the English level check: your name, phone number, assessment answers and indicative result, with your consent for NLE to contact you about learning or study abroad.
How information is used
Contact details and enquiry information help NLE respond to your question, discuss suitable programs, arrange a consultation and continue the conversation about the service you requested.
Course-finder answers display recommendations in your current browser session. When you finish the English level check, your name, phone number, answers and indicative result are submitted to NLE for follow-up, with the consent you give before starting.
Only include information relevant to your question. Arrange a separate, agreed channel with NLE before sharing application documents or other sensitive information.
Who may receive information
School staff handling your enquiry may access the information you provide. Hosting and email delivery services also take part in operating the website and handling messages.
Submitted enquiries are addressed to the school’s responsible staff at nick@nle.kz and info@nle.kz. You can contact info@nle.kz about your enquiry or personal information.
The recipients, documents and terms of any application to a university or another organization are agreed separately as part of your study-abroad planning.
Cookies and external services
The homepage contains an Instagram embed, and the Contact page contains a Google Maps embed. When these components load, their providers may receive your IP address, browser and device information, the time of the request and related technical data, and may use cookies under their own policies.
Links to WhatsApp, Instagram, 2GIS and the AIRC credential viewer open services operated by other organizations. Their privacy settings and policies apply when you use those services. External providers may process information outside Kazakhstan.
The website has no separately configured advertising analytics system. You can manage cookies and third-party content through your browser settings; blocking them may affect maps or embedded posts.
Retention and deletion
Retention depends on the purpose of your enquiry, the correspondence needed to resolve it, and any applicable contractual or legal obligations. A single fixed retention period does not cover every type of information.
Write to NLE to ask about the information associated with your enquiry or to request its deletion. The team will review the request and explain any grounds that require continued retention.
Your choices and rights
You may ask for information about the processing of your personal data, request correction, blocking or deletion, and withdraw consent where it is the basis for processing. Legal obligations may affect what can be deleted or when processing can stop.

Information about children
A parent or legal representative should coordinate enquiries about a child’s learning and the sharing of the child’s personal information. For an initial consultation, provide only the details needed to discuss the learning goal.
Keeping information safe
The enquiry handler validates submitted information, limits excessive requests and protects against repeated submissions. Email delivery uses an encrypted connection. Technical protection does not replace care when choosing what to include in a message.
Contact forms are intended for questions and consultation requests. Keep card numbers, CVV codes, banking passwords and identity-document copies out of free-text messages. Arrange any necessary document transfer directly with NLE.
